Ethics in AI

I have conducted an interview with Olivia Gambelin, an AI ethicist. She is also the author of “Responsible AI: Implement an Ethical Approach in Your Organization.” She and I discussed the issue of AI in the hiring process, along with concerns about bias and the responsible use of this technology.
